A key component of PiiComm MDM as a service (MDMaaS) is monitoring and validation. For monitoring, our technicians will conduct daily monitoring for uptime and license count and usage. For validation, our technicians will conduct validation after instance upgrades and patches to ensure services and devices are online. In addition, PiiComm customers receive a quarterly business review and report.
